Neil Hayes Painting & Decorating Ltd was appointed by X Construct to complete the painting and decorating work across 160 guest bedrooms and corridors throughout the Radisson Blu Hotel Liverpool.
Delivered over a six-month programme, the work included thorough preparation and decoration of bedroom walls, ceilings and woodwork, alongside painting and wallpaper installation throughout the hotel’s corridors.
The refurbishment was completed floor by floor in carefully managed phases. Finished bedrooms and corridors were progressively handed back, allowing the hotel to remain fully operational while minimising disruption to guests and staff.
The project was completed on schedule and to the satisfaction of X Construct. We would be delighted to work alongside their team again on future projects.
